Sauravganesh Sridhar
PRESIDENT

Aerospace Engineering '20
Newtown, PA

likes singing, playing the drums, guitar & the bass, model airplanes, hair styling, anime, and flying drones!

As the president of SASE, I look forward to creating a community that fosters personal growth and professional development. I hope that people will graduate from SASE with a sense of belonging and a family to always come home to. Within the next few semesters I plan to push for more collaboration between other SASE chapters as well as other organizations on campus. I would also like to eventually expand our e-board to more specialized roles, so that we have the highest quality content in every aspect of SASE.

SOCIAL CHAIR

Economics '20
New York, NY

loves eating tacos, playing volleyball, thrift shopping, hiking, and traveling!
As social chair, I want to make being in SASE something memorable. While you get the benefits of making connections and attending events that will help you in your future careers, I want you to also have fun. I plan on incorporating more social events so that SASE is more than just a club you attend; it's also a place where you make lasting relationships and memories that you'll remember about the years of your college life.

TREASURER

Computer Science '20
New York, NY

is into playing guitar, trading stocks,
boosted boarding, and fragrances!

My vision is for SASE to become a less marginalized organization and instead be more diverse in a way that hopefully people of engineering majors will know who we are and what we do.

PUBLIC RELATIONS & MEDIA CHAIR

Electrical Engineering + Math minor '19
New York, NY

likes playing volleyball, swimming, and going hiking — particularly where there are waterfalls!
SASE is a family of various cultures and backgrounds that encourages you to be you. By taking the time to embrace where we each come from, we learn to appreciate and form connections with others — whether they be here at Syracuse or 200 miles away. As Public Relations and Media Chair, I want to help establish these connections and foster that "family" feel in SASE.

PROFESSIONAL CHAIR

Advertising + Retail Management '21
Shanghai, China

loves movies, fashion, photography, backpacking, talking to strangers, attending events on & off campus, and volunteering!
As professional chair, my vision is for SASE to work with Career Services at the College of ECS on the Get Ready event that helps students prepare for the career fair. This year, I want to have students from different majors share fun and cool things they learn in their areas of studies, and  for SASE to continue hosting professional workshops that introduce students to a diverse set of skills and enrich their professional experience.

SECRETARY + COMMUNITY CHAIR

Computer Science + Physics '20
Northridge, CA

passionate about film, graphic design, traveling, and musical performance!
SASE always strives for diversity, and part of this means coming together to form a community, as well as helping each other within this community. Community service means sharing one's identities and abilities to connect with people inside and outside a community, whether through lending a helping hand to communities around us, or simply celebrating our own similarities and differences. Whatever it is, SASE is ready to provide a chance for each of us to shine as team players!
